The guitar was signed by Emmylou Harris, Kim Carnes, Maura O'Connell, Raul Malo (The Mavericks), Rodney Crowell, Nanci Griffith, Alison Moorer, Matraca Berg, Jeff Hanna (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band), JD Souther, Mandy Barnett and Steve Earle, and auctioned off to raise money for MRD.
